Darryl has provided consulting services in energy analysis and simulation, LEED and Zero Carbon Building (ZCB) Standard certifications, mechanical HVAC and plumbing design, equipment selections, and technical specifications. Specific duties include conducting technical reviews of LEED and ZCB project documentation, performing energy modeling and analysis using eQUEST, CAN-QUEST, EE4, HOT2000, SketchUp, Revit, and Excel, designing HVAC and plumbing systems, managing projects and construction, conducting field surveys and evaluations of existing mechanical systems, and preparing technical reports including Life Cycle Analyses, Building Condition Assessments, Energy Audits, Water Audits, and Reserve Fund Studies.

Darryl has extensive experience working with relevant codes and standards such as the National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings, National Building Code, National Plumbing Code, Natural Gas and Propane Codes, as well as various ASHRAE and CSA standards including ASHRAE 90.1, ASHRAE 62.1, and ASHRAE 55. Darryl’s expertise in these areas enables him to provide high-quality consulting services to a variety
of clients in the industry.
