Jay is a registered Energy Advisor with over fifteen years of experience performing energy evaluations in Atlantic Canada through Natural Resources Canada’s Energuide programs. Jay is a graduate of Architectural Engineering from NSCC in Halifax, and a Red Seal Electrician. He worked for an architecture firm before becoming certified with Natural Resources Canada. With a background in building science and a practical understanding of construction, Jay can provide homeowners with sound advice to point them in the right direction towards improving health and happiness in their home.

Originally from Newfoundland, Jay enjoys an outdoor lifestyle and is environmentally conscious. Having built his own super insulated, energy efficient home, Jay understands the effort and investment in such endeavours.
